The Blue Bells Model School was founded in 1980 and received its CBSE affiliation upto class X in 1986 and class XII in 1991. The school was recently awarded by the British Council in 2014 for its excellence and service to community. The school has currently two branches located in Gurgaon.
“Education”, it is rightly said,” is an endless journey through knowledge and enlightenment. “We, at Blue Bells believe in evolving an education system which will retain the smiles on the faces of our children throughout the period of their education. The curriculum of the school is creatively designed so as to reduce the theoretical burden at the primary level, progressively upgrading at the secondary level and finally leading to specialized teaching at the senior secondary level so that the students become self-reliant and are empowered to become employment generators rather than employment seekers.
In this journey we look upon our parents as our co-partners as they have an important role to play in the education of their child and in making them enlightened citizens. In today’s world of communication and technology children are exposed to an overload of information . The need is to train them on how to cull the relevant knowledge from this vast ocean of information. As parents and teachers we need to guide our children and to build a capacity in them to become autonomous learners.I wish to ensure our parents that at Blue Bells we uphold the vision of creating an educational environment wherein our students can grow more autonomous through the very act and process of learning. I strongly feel that schools must move from being educational centers to becoming knowledge and skill centers and I assure you that our vision and mission is to churn lifelong learners who grow up to become productive assets for the society.
