The admit card for the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) recruitment exam were released on November 15, 2015. The SSC recruitment exam will be conducted for the post of Junior Engineer. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) was established in 1975, to conduct recruitments for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and its Subordinate Offices. The candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website of the commission. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website by clicking on the ‘admit card’ tab. The candidates will have to enter their registration details, before downloading the admit card. Further, it is advised that the candidates keep a printout of the admit card for future reference.
It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the printout of the admit card to the examination centre. Failing which, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The SSC recruitment exam will be held on December 20, 2015. The final list of the candidates for the post of Junior Engineer will only be released after analysing their performance in the written exam. The exam will comprise of two papers: paper 1 and paper 2. No separate interview will be conducted this year. After the Prime Minister, earlier this month, announced that the government has decided to do away with practise of conducting a personal interview.
