Today is the day that’s going to seal the fate of millions of class twelve students who had appeared for the board exams that were held between March 1 and April 22nd this year. It has been a nail-biting wait for Class 12 CBSE students all over the country.
Reports say that a total of 1,067,900 candidates registered for the class 12 exam with 621,259 boys and 446,641 girls. It was the girls who had outnumbered the boys in faring well last year but the total pass percentage was 82% overall.
The feedback from the students was reasonably good but everyone felt that Maths paper was the toughest and the CBSE appointed an expert committee to look into this issue. Everyone hopes that they will be favourable towards the students. While this is happening on one side, the parents are also anxiously waiting on the edge of their seats in anticipation of their children’s results.
Looks like the wait is almost over and the results will be available for all to see on the following links www.results.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in and www.cbse.nic.in .
Also, the CBSE has announced from this year that they are issuing digital mark sheets to all the students on www.digilocker.gov.in . This is a new initiative to help out all the students and the credentials of this will be available through SMS to every concerned student who is registered with CBSE.
